When Sedona Wine and Vortex Tours (SWVT) founder and owner "Sedonabear", originally relocated to Sedona in 1991, our small Northern Arizona town was host to about 1.2 million annual visitors. In the decades since, Sedona now receives about 6.5 million visitors per year. As Sedona has grown remarkably over the past few decades, so has the demand for quality guide services to enhance the experience of the  massive number of visitors who now visit Sedona, and while there are many other guide companies in Sedona, many who have come and gone... there is only ONE of us.

We are unique for a lot of reasons, but to start Sedona Wine & Vortex Tours relies on the 31 years of guide experience of our founder in the Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Southwestern region of the United States to offer our guests a fun and exciting time while enjoying wine tours and vortex tours in Sedona and the Verde Valley.  

We are also unique because we are the only company in the entire world (that we know of) who features a very special and amazing "prana" viewing experience on our vortex tours. Many people have seen prana, and you can learn more about it in our first ever recorded prana vortex experience HERE, and in our BLOG. Our prana tour is an extremely powerful and genuine metaphysical experience, and often draws intense, yet positive and almost cathartic emotional reaction from our guests. Yes, it's our business, but we sincerely love sharing this experience with our guests. 

After serving many years in the rugged EXTREME off road and Jeep tour industry and operating an extended multi-day outback safari company, we have decided to give our aging and delicate spines a more comfortable and low impact approach to guide services. We have shifted our focus to providing high quality, relaxing adventures to help our guests enjoy the rich tastes and cultural experience in the comfort they deserve, while at the same time reducing the number of chiropractic visits for our guide(s). We love the concept of a "360 Win", and Sedona wine tours, vortex tours, and sightseeing tours are a great way to achieve that win.

Every established and growing company needs a competent, capable, and dedicated individual to properly guide our enterprise on a steady path to success. We are fortunate and pleased to introduce you to our COO, Ms. Kitty; a tortoise shell calico "felis catus", known for their extreme dedication and attention to detail, their often prickly personalities, and their intrinsic ability to consume multiple times their own body weight in food daily. They are also known for having an almost supernatural ability to prevent desks and other vital working surfaces from floating away by the mere application of their tremendous body weight. While Ms. Kitty does suffer from an ever-so-slight case of RBF (resting bitch face), she has a heart of gold and tolerates her underlings with only moderate complaint.
